Trailer Review of Thor: Ragnarok I Lightening instead of Hammer

The most awaited movie Thor has been in theatres for quite a while. It has been gaining a tremendously positive response from the fans and the critics too. It has already chartbursted the box offices in India and has able to launch itself as one of the top releases by Marvel. All the film critics are ready with their tabs, pens, and laptops to write reviews about the flick. One of such famous critic ‘Akshay Jain’ was interviewed recently and was asked for his reviews and feedback on the flick!

When asked for providing us with the short summary of the movie, Akshay explained it in a very simple manner by saying, “Held as a captive on the other side of the universe, the extremely powerful Thor gets himself in a deadly gladiatorial competition that pits him facing the Hulk, his previous associate, and fellow Avenger. Thor’s journey for survival leads him in a race against time to thwart the all-powerful Hela (her own real sister) from ruining his homeworld Asgard and the Asgardian civilization.”

Akshay has pointed out some of these review bullets for the movie,

  • Thor in this movie is tested in a way that brings a whole new side to the God of Thunder.
  • The scenes between Hulk and Thor are fascinating and a delight to watch. They will leave the audience craving for more of the scenes between them. The filmmakers have added the quotient of comedy and brotherhood between them.
  • Tom Hiddleston (Loki) is up to his typical and regular charming mischief and shenanigans as Loki. His bond shared with Thor was displayed in quite a grave manner in the movie.
  • Hands over scene-stealing acting have been done by the newcomer Tessa Thompson. She proves to be an imperative extension, with an effervescent performance as the feisty Valkyrie.
  • The short addition of Doctor Strange was a master stroke from Marvel, the scenes in the flick between Doctor Strange, Thor and Loki are just adorable and amazingly comical.
  • This flick by marvel has been quite similar to Deadpool, and can be labelled as the Funniest Superhero Film Of All Time.

The cast of the movie adds up to big names such as Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Hiddleston, Cate Blanchett, Idris Elba, Jeff Goldblum, Tessa Thompson, Karl Urban, and Anthony Hopkins. All were directed by Taika Waititi.

Akshay’s one-line review on the movie was “God of Thunder is back! This time without the hammer but with lightning”.
